Join one of our three-week programs. Over three consecutive weeks, you’ll learn the fundamental basics of mountain biking.
You’ll become a much safer rider and enjoy your riding more.

Social Rides
Mountain Biking is all about the community.
Join Jo for one of our monthly Come n Try or Bikes & Bubbles rides, where you’ll meet other women riders and have a heap of fun.
Retreats
We are frequently asked whether we organise bike retreats to Tassie, but there are already many great women-led ones. So, we are exploring a collaboration with MTB Retreat. Check out their Signature MTB Retreat. Accommodation is in Blue Derby, where we’ll explore their trails, plus a day at George Town. We will ride iconic wilderness trails such as Blue Tier, Atlas and Bay of Fires. Let us know if you are interested here.
Clinics
Take your riding to the next level with our skills-focused MTB clinics, designed exclusively for women. Whether you’re ready to leave the ground, tackle steeper descents, or refine your cornering, our small group sessions give you the tools and confidence to ride stronger, safer, and with more flow.
Group Skills Coaching
Grab a group of girlfriends and book a group skills session for 1 1/2 hours with Jo Prothero.
Whether you are a complete beginner to mountain biking or an intermediate rider looking to add some skills, your session will be tailored to meet the group’s needs.
A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 riders per session.
Bike Hire
If you do not have your own bike or want to try mountain biking without buying one in the first instance, we have you covered.
Hire our Specialized Rockhopper for a skills coaching session or program. We currently have a medium-sized frame available.
One-on-One Skills Coaching
Each session is specifically tailored to your riding ability and areas you would like to improve. Whether you are a complete beginner to mountain biking or an intermediate rider. The sessions are run by Jo and last for 1 ½ hours.
