1. Bookings & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received in full.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Participant cancellations:
More than 7 days before the session: full refund or credit.
2–7 days before the session: 50% refund or credit.
Less than 48 hours: no refund (credit may be offered at our discretion).
Business cancellations:
If we cancel due to weather, trail closures, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund. We don’t mind a spot of rain, but riding during or after a torrential downpour can damage the trails.
3. Safety & Participant Responsibility
Mountain biking is a physically demanding and potentially dangerous activity.
Participants must:
Wear an approved helmet and appropriate protective equipment.
Ride a mechanically sound bike suitable for the activity.
Inform the coach of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries before participating.
Follow the instructions of the coach at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety requirements are not met.
4. Risk Acknowledgement & Waiver
By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in mountain biking, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and environmental hazards. All participants will be required to sign a waiver and provide an emergency contact.
You accept responsibility for your own safety and ride at your own risk.
Trail Queens, its staff, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from participation, except where required by law.
5. Age & Supervision
Participants under 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless otherwise agreed.
6. Insurance
Our business holds public liability insurance, but this does not replace your personal insurance needs.
Participants are encouraged to hold their own personal accident and ambulance cover.
7. Media & Photography
We may take photos or videos during sessions as a learning tool. These may also be used for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing before the session.
