Each session will run for 2 hours with your coach, Jo. There will be a maximum of 8 riders per group.
Requirements: All participants must have their own bike and equipment. Hire can be organised at an additional cost. Please make sure to be available for all three sessions. If a session needs to be cancelled, the program will be extended.
