Duration:

Suitable for first-time riders and beginners, this course ensures you have the right skills to ride safely and have fun. Not sure of your riding level? View the descriptions here.

Each session will run for 1 1/2 hours with your coach, Jo. There will be a maximum of 6 riders per group.

Requirements: All participants must have their own bike and equipment. Hire can be organised at an additional cost. Please make sure to be available for all three sessions.  If a session needs to be cancelled, the program will be extended.
