This clinic is designed to help you tackle rocks, roll-downs, technical features, and challenging trail sections with greater confidence. We’ll break down the skills needed to ride technical terrain safely and smoothly, then put them into practice on the trails.

What You’ll Learn

  • Reading the trail and choosing effective lines

  • Rock gardens & rocky sections — maintaining momentum and control

  • Roll-downs and drops — finding the right approach and commitment

Dates:

  • Saturday, 5th December - 10.00 am, and

  • Saturday, 12th December - 10.00 am

Each session will run for 1 ½ - 2 hours. You need to be available for both sessions.

Who This Session Is For

Recommended for Intermediate riders comfortable riding the blue trails at Sugar Bag MTB Park who want to develop skills and confidence on more technical terrain. We don’t recommend the clinic for First-Time or Beginner riders.

What to Bring

For your safety, we strongly recommend the following protective gear and items:

  • Helmet

  • Full-finger gloves

  • Long sleeve tops

  • Knee and elbow pads (optional)

  • A dropper post is really beneficial to get the seat out of the way for a better range of movement (optional)
