You’ll learn the foundations of jumping – from body position and bike control, to the techniques that will help you lift off and land with confidence. Perfect if you’re keen to progress your riding and add some fun new skills to your trail toolkit.

Even if you don’t get your wheels off the ground, you’ll improve your general riding technique.

This session is for riders who are comfortable riding blue rated trails.

What to Bring

For your safety, we strongly recommend the following protective gear and items:

  • Full face helmet

  • Knee and elbow pads

  • Full finger gloves

  • Long sleeve tops

  • A dropper post is really beneficial to get the seat out of the way for better range of movement.

Important Info

  • A minimum of 6 riders is required for the session to run.

  • Sessions are capped at 8 riders to keep things personal and supportive.

  • Subject to weather and trail conditions. If postponed, the session will be rescheduled.

  • You will be required to sign Bike On’s waiver.

  • It is not a “do huge sends and mad tricks” session.
