


Six-week MTB Race Program - June 2025
Have you ever considered signing up for a mountain bike event but feel a bit overwhelmed and uncertain about what’s involved? You are not alone. Rocky Trail will host a Shred & Flow event at Sugar Bag MTB Park on Sat, 26th July, and we’ve designed a six-week program leading into the race. We’ll teach you all about the format, how to set your bike up, session each trail you’ll be racing and be there to support you on race day.
Weekly format:
Week 1 - Learn about the event format and what to expect.
Week 2 - Ride & session race trail 1
Week 3 - Bike set up for race day
Week 4 - Ride & session race trail 2
Week 5 - Ride & session race trail 3
Week 6 - Practice run
Each session will run for 1 ½ hours. There will be a maximum of 6 riders per group.
Dates:
SATURDAY 14th, 21st & 28th June and 5th, 12th & 19th July 2025 at 10 am.
or
SUNDAY 15th, 22nd & 29th June and 6th, 13th & 20th July 2025 at 1 pm.
Who should attend?
Mid-level beginner & Intermediate riders who are comfortable riding blue trails.
